All cancellation and changes must be made with in 24 hour of schedule tour. In the event cancellations and changes are not made with in the required time there will be a 50% inconvenience charge.
Cruise ships passengers, if ship is delayed or unable travel due uncontrollable circumstances you will receive 100% refund.
